Our process.

The Initial rough quote. - we come and visit and we go over your needs and wants.

-Typically this process lasts about 1 hour but has gone for many.

Our goal is to create a long lasting product for years to come. 20+ years.

And the only way to do it is with no short cuts. It’s more to understand the structure of what’s built. And who needs to be involved to protect your interests and ours.

We only want to do it properly,

  • yes there are other options and yes we will install other options.

  • when we recommend a specialty item or require a specialty item we hunt down the best pricing, practically at cost. Our quote draft is just average price to help represent worst case scenario pricing.

  • We won’t put junk into your home. But we do have a bottom of a barrel minimum option. If you want one.

  • We are here to be completely honest.

  • And make the process fair as possible.

  • All of our estimates are built with to scale 2D Cad for accuracy and visualization of large spaces.

The initial quote/ consultation is free.

Design phase.

So after the initial bid. We have room to work with, in most cases total project cost comes down. If we wish to proceed forward at that point I’m working for you. We have a design fee for $40 per hour as we trade, share information and travel.  If we choose to continue with the project itself the design fee is waved. If we have technical delays they are deducted. If we choose not to proceed, all of time spent on project is logged and recorded and billed.

The hours spent in preparation and materials pricing and orchestrating about 10 trades.

We actually try to get you the best price for your project. But a lot of time is involved in doing so. We get you exactly what you want, by the people who are actually supposed to install it.

There is no jack of all trades, and none two alike.

Our contract, deposits, scheduling.

Predicting construction schedules is next to impossible. We do give rough time frame when we are able to start based on current work load contacts. We are first come first serve.

1 to 2 months before your project, we revisit and go over final details of your project.

All of our work is under an actual, state guidelines approved contract. As all work over $500 should be.

Deposits/ payment.

Depending on the project size and length this can vary. Our general rule of thumb is 4 or more weeks

100% of materials and 25% labor due at signing. 35% labor due at midway and 40% at final payment once completed.

We do our projects this way for speed, accuracy, and to pay our teams for the work completed during each phase.

Working hours.

M-F 7:30-8:30am  depending on location till 4:00-4:30pm.

When we schedule a project it’s from start to finish. Not waiting of trips back every couple

Of weeks.

We hold very tight to our standards and schedule.

Our teams

Some contractors hire the cheapest person possible for each stage, others have trusted the wrong sub-contractor. This causes constant issues in the field and essentially causes problems inside of your home.

Many more of them practice other trade work that they shouldn’t actually be completing.

We have seen and experienced all spectrums of industry.

Our team members are subs who are all also owner operators that are equally qualified, passionate, and knowledgeable about each task. Ahead of trends, codes, and true industry standards.

None willing to take short cuts just for profit.

Each member stands by their own work.

And we also stand behind theirs.

Who have trusted long term employees.

We would not invite someone into your home that we would not invite ourselves.
